Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

In this role you will act as face of this company as you deal with their clients and assignees. This is achieved by being professional, organised and confident when conducting designated duties. The focus of the role is to assist with assignees orientation, home search, education, arrival or departure services with minimum of stress and hassle, to ensure all matters are attended to and to identify potential issues and resolve these before or if they arise.

On a daily basis you will be expected to respond to all forms of communication and emails must be responded to within 24 hours. Additionally, client updates must be provided to the office and these will be factual, brief and include completion and forward planning information with regards to the assignee.

On a regular basis, you will be required to attend staff meetings, share information and provide updates such as real estate details, settle in information updates, schooling situations and improvements etc.

Requirements

We are looking for skills in customer service, previous experience as a PA or within an administrative or marketing role.

A positive customer service attitude demonstrated in previous customer service focused roles is essential. Excellent communication skills in English is also paramount but moreover a team spirit, the ability to multi-task and deal with highly emotional, sensitive people and understand their stresses, concerns and demands of their personal situation is forefront.

Proficiency in Microsoft office is of course essential and a cross cultural understanding is expected. Applicants must have at least two years working experience within the region.
