Job description / Role
A Leading Property Developer is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Development Director to manage a major mixed use Waterfront project in Abu Dhabi.
Reporting directly to the owners the role will involve the coordination of all the consultancies and the management of the entire development cycle from inception to completion. Once completed this role will then take on the management of the built development.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must come from a very strong development background and have a proven track record of delivering Major mixed use waterfront developments in the middle east region.
You must be comfortable with taking a hands on approach and be able to work with numerous consultancies ensuring they deliver all the objectives agreed. This is an amazing opportunity for a proven Development Director to deliver what will be one of the most iconic projects in the region.
