Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading global real estate developer who is looking to hire a Development Manager to work on exceptional mall developments in the UAE. You will be involved in a variety of key projects that are shaping Dubai in preparation for Dubai Expo 2020 and have exposure to UAE and international projects.
You will support senior members of the team conducting pre-feasibility and assisting throughout the development phase. You will have exposure to market analysis and land analysis as well as development feasibility. You will also be involved with master planning and design of the projects prior to involvement in the development phase. You will then assist with the management of consultancies and contractors as well as ensure the process is running smoothly in every aspect.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience working for a consultancy / developer on large scale malls or shopping centres within the design and build phase. A mix of UAE and international experience would be highly beneficial however it is not essential. Candidates should ideally come from a background in architecture, however again this is not essential.
