Job description / Role
Swisslinx Middle East is looking for a Development Manager on behalf of our client, a private investment company.
In this role, you will be reporting into the Head of Development.
The candidate will be focusing on real estate developments and managing the development of various projects. You will be developing a growth strategy for new investments.
Requirements
- 8+ years in development, focusing on real estate
- Experienced with master planning, developing and delivering of projects
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Based in the UAE
