The RoleThe RoleKEO International Consultants is a highly ranked and award winning planning, architecture, engineering and project and construction management firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, Dubai, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Working within KEO’s Infrastructure Division as Development Manager, you will be an integral support to the Director of Business Development in order to achieve the firm’s objectives in growing the KEO-Infrastructure business of design, construction supervision and project/construction management in the UAE. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following: • Proven ability in researching, seeking and securing new opportunities, Clients or identifying prospective partners. • Coordinating information flow from Branch Managers and Discipline Directors to the Director of Business Development. • Well-developed communication skills including the ability to perform effectively in a team environment with a strong Client focus. • Preparing and maintaining professional business development reports, charts and spreadsheets with data and statistics. • Planning, prioritizing, scheduling, and performing own work to meet identified time frames and standards. • Familiarity with Internet Explorer, MS Word, Excel and Power Point software packages. |
RequirementsRequirementsQualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience in the Infrastructure/Construction industry. Masters qualifications will be viewed favourably. Arabic communication skills are required. Previous experience gained within a Consultancy would be beneficial, whilst prior experience in the Gulf Region is advantageous.
