The RoleThe RoleOur clients is the fastest growing Real Estate and Property Developers of the UAE. They are currently expanding locally and globally and is now requiring Senior Real Estate development professionals to continue their growth and success. Our clients intends to become one of the world's leading developers. Current projects are amongst the largest development projects in Dubai. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for managing project developments (multiple different types large scale projects) within the company from start to finish including commercial management, project management, design management as well as managing necessary stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the approved quality. Would also be required to participate, on a need basis, in providing relevant design inputs during project identification / evaluation and/ or during evaluation of business development opportunities. Implement strategic priorities for the company projects in terms of commercial management, project management, design management, finance management as well as managing necessary stakeholders. Identify partnership opportunities to support the company's strategic priorities on projects. Support identification of potential new projects |
RequirementsRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Education and Experience Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture is essential Minimum 12 - 15 years of relevant experience in project management , design management and construction management, in infrastructure projects and/ or Real Estate development 5 years of experience in managing multiple-use Real Estate projects, some of which should have been large scale developments inand ideally in the region relevant to the appointment Specific Knowledge/ Skills Knowledge of the region, design skills and understanding of laws regarding Real Estate and investment Effective project and design management skills Excellent budgeting skills Excellent data compilation / reporting skills Advanced Project Management, MS Office skills Effective business writing skills High degree of facility with the English language |
