Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Main Duties:

As a Dewatering foreman / technician you will be required to handle all the dewatering operation(s) of the project with a team of labourers in a fast paced and demanding environment on generally large project and will be reporting to the Project Manager.

You will be responsible to go around to install, monitor, repair, manage and run the operations(s) of dewatering activities making sure that production targets are met through motivation of your site based team.

The Dewatering Foreman MUST have knowledge of pumps, installations, minor repairs etc.

Requirements

The successful candidate will bring to the role:

• 10 years + site based experience as a Dewatering Foreman
• Should be able to install pumps, required fitting and minor repairs.
• Must know the type of hoses required and the attachments.
• Excellent delegation skills to lead several teams of dewatering crews, multi tasking.
• Ability to look ahead in terms of manpower and equipment needed, demonstrate ability to learn and ambition to grow and develop.
