The RoleThe RoleA leading global advertising agency are looking for a Digital Art Director who will work in a team to develop digital creative concepts that achieve the overall business strategy while creating an exceptional digital experience for consumers. The Digital Art director will be responsible for designing digital solutions by synthesizing all brand, business and user inputs. They will ensure that brand guidelines and technical requirements are followed as well as oversee the production and realization of the end product. |
RequirementsRequirementsSkills Bachelors degree in graphic design or related field Experience in all major design platforms including but not limited to Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and iWorks programs Can work with either 3D visualization or illustrations and motion graphics Strong understanding and the use of current online/digital technology and social media; Attention to detail and a creative thinker; Ability to multi task and to work in fast paced environment with poise and professionalism; Leadership skills to motivate creative teams, grow their technique and deliver design excellence. IA/UX documentation and smartphone platforms a plus. Responsibilities: Interpret clients needs as outlined in creative briefs and translate them into compelling visual designs Design sitemaps, wireframes, Web interfaces, and web graphics with attention to usability and visual flow Animation is a main requirement with experience in flash too Create powerful, integrated user experiences using appropriate design theory, content, navigational structures, and usability best practices Successfully meet project schedules and deadlines. Collaborate with creative team, development team and account team to ensure designs are consistent with client expectations and overall project goals |
