Employment: Full Time

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

• Manage the “Live Chat” section on company's affiliates’ websites
• Gather data and follow up with online requests
• Participate in online surveys
•and all other related tasks

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of digital platforms and social media
• Fast on keyboard (must type at least 55 words/min English and 45 words/min Arabic)
• Great email and telephone etiquette's
• Multitasking, comfortable under pressure and strong team work
• Very well organized, strong sense of responsibility
• “Can Do” attitude and strong sense of team work
• Positive, dynamic and professional attitude

**1-2 years. Fresh graduates are welcome. Automotive experience NOT required
