Job description / Role
Our client is an extremely successful family business that has been operating in this region for over 60 years now. They are looking to revamp their Digital offering and therefore need an experienced Digital professional to join their team in Dubai.
Role
You will manage the global website from a content standpoint. Develop all content and social media strategy for the website, social and other marketing collateral. Recommends/provides the appropriate content that engages stakeholders. Works in close collaboration with other digital team members, including at a B to B level. Close collaboration with business unit Managing Directors and Public Relations team. Leads/directs vendor partners to ensure strategies/tactics are implemented.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage the all-new website, and manage the on-going growth, development updating of this to ensure a dynamic experience.
* Social Media & blog strategy- Develop, launch and manage a complex stream of messaging to key stakeholders through our social media network.
* Working short and long term to bring all company websites into a coherent structure, working in such a way to bring external cohesiveness to the company and its subsidiaries.

* Client side management of digital and social media with website responsibility.
* Experience managing agencies required. Digital communications and social media agency background. Agency background a plus.
* Previous experience of deploying an integrated social media strategy and platform across a large diversified business. Social media management. Web design knowledge (direct or indirect).
* Bachelors degree and/or 5-10 years experience in a communications role & or web and social media management.
* MUST have B2B experience.
* Effective communicator, excellent written skills, external PR agency management, Microsoft office programs. English and Arabic speaker preferred.
* Deep website content development experience.
* Deep social media strategy experience.
* Strong communication skills ability to interact at executive level and understand multiple business units in both Arabic and English.
* Collateral materials development i.e brochures, videos, etc.
