Job Description Digital Manager

An innovative and pioneering young company based in Dubai looking for an enthusiastic and driven Digital Manager to join at an exciting time. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Digital Manager will be expected to deliver business aligned digital strategies that drive brand awareness, generate inbound traffic/leads and deliver conversion to sales. The candidate will be a highly motivated, passionate individual who is able to work off their own initiative, and has the relevant regional experience. The role requires proven capabilities in developing and implementing creative, engaging and successful digital strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital channel strategy and fully integrated campaigns in line with overall business objectives and brand strategy.
- Develop and implement digital strategy including content, social media & SEM strategy.
- Plan, monitor and optimise PPC and display campaigns.
- Full management of all social media platforms including updates and customer interaction.
- Management of all web analytics tools including Google Analytics.
- Development and ongoing management of KPI dashboard.
- Lead on company blog updates and postings.
- Support in events and networking opportunities.
- Market trend and competitor monitoring and research.
- Weekly/Monthly reporting and presentation to management team.
- Digital budget and ROI management.

Requirements

Required experience & skills:
- Degree in Business, Digital, Computer Science or similar faculty.
- Minimum 3 years experience of online marketing experience for a brand, product or service, in UAE. Some agency side experience is preferable.
- English - written and spoken to professional business level
- Experienced in traditional and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to develop actionable insights from data mining.
- Solid experience in Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics and social media monitoring platforms i.e. Hootsuite.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in digital channel planning including PPC & Display campaigns using Google Adwords & Google Display Network.
- Considerable experience in SEO & SEM.
- Email marketing and affiliate marketing.
- Working knowledge of WordPress and/or other blogging platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Experience in online media buying and mobile strategy planning would be advantageous.

Compensation:
- Full-time position, based out of DMCC (Jumeirah Lake Towers) offices.
- AED 16 -24,000 per month, negotiable based on experience + normal benefits.
- Company stock-options scheme available on hitting KPIs.
- Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.
