Today Al- Futtaim Motors is synonymous with Toyota and Lexus,which enjoys undisputed leadership in the UAE in terms of the largest number of vehicles on the road.Besides Toyota,AF Motors also holds exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automobiloes and automotive products like Hino-Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer,Toyo & Chen shin/Maxxis tyres,GS & Panasonic batteries and many more. To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises,AF Motors have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centre throughout the UAE.

We have a requirement for Digital Marketing Manager reporting to New Media Marketing Manager, Sales & Marketing, Al- Futtaim Motors Head Office.

Summary of Key Job Responsibilities:

* Developing and maintaining Toyota website & microsites
* To monitor SEO and optimize PPC campaign to drive traffic and conversion rates
* To work as part of a team to achieve the departmental standards.
* To work together with other departments and divisions within the organization to implement social media process.
* To develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and third party providers.
* To drive marketing operations best practice within the organization

Details:

1. Social Media Management

* Implementation of content strategy and social media policy's.
* Implementation of social applications to help promote the social channels and work towards the overall marketing objectives.
* Coordinate with different departments & agency to provide best customer support through certain social channels.

2. Website Management

* To continue to improve and develop the Toyota.ae website with the latest functionality and web trends.
* Content to be kept up to date using the CMS working closely with GMASCO/EIT.

3. Content Management/Application Development

* To continually update all digital touch points both online and offline with the latest campaign data and product information.
* Work closely with EIT the Al Futtaim IT arm to ensure that website CMS training is delivered as and when needed with new updates.

4. Reporting

* Analyze and report website performance as Daily & Monthly reports.
* Paid media performance measurement and Return on Investment (ROI) reporting for each campaign
* Reporting & tracking of results, providing a monthly report on all social analytics
* Work with the agencies to develop monthly reports on competition and brand online analytics

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Suitable business qualification (Degree level); thorough knowledge of Digital Marketing

Minimum Experience: Minimum of 8 yrs. Digital Marketing experience

Job-Specific Skills:
* Deep understanding of social platforms
* Use of online marketing tools
* Fluency in productivity systems such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, website content management systems and website/social analytic tools.
* Experience in creating online, email, and social media campaigns for local and national organizations.
* Fluent in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis and charting
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Analytical and problem solving skills
* Planning and execution
* Ability to self-manage and self-motivate
