Employment: Full Time

We have a requirement for Digital Marketing Manager reporting to Marketing Manager, Sales & Marketing, Al- Futtaim Motors Lexus Head Office.

Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing and maintaining digital and social media marketing programmes to maximise sales and loyalty within Al-Futtaim Motors Lexus.
- Development of digital marketing plan encompassing website, social media, display, SEO/SEM and initiatives in addition to a long-term digital roadmap based on brand objectives.
- Website platform migration and maintain www.lexus.ae, ensuring it is the reference distributor site in the UAE.
- Develop social media strategies that meet fan acquisition and retention goals and build strong, consistent consumer engagement and advocacy in line with the brands tone of voice
- Ensure customer data acquired through the digital channel is integrated into the SAP base
- Manage digital marketing budget, ensuring efficiency of spend.
- Continually track, measure and optimize the effectiveness of online efforts including website visits, ad campaigns, search terms, social media metrics.
- Track best in class practices of each social media platform,. Provide information on emerging technologies and other relevant information in the digital marketing space and recommend their use if appropriate

Requirements

- BS/BA degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Minimum 5 years marketing experience with specific focus in digital communications
- Deep knowledge of digital media platforms, best practices and market trends
- Solid background in SEO, SEM, digital advertising and paid search.
- Highly proficient in Google Analytics, Google AdWords and other marketing platforms
- Thrives in entrepreneurial environment while being creative and resourceful in addition to also building structure and process
