Alshaya's corporate communications team is expanding to reflect the company's dynamic growth. With opportunities for communicators at senior, manager and executive level, we are looking for talented individuals who want to play a role in shaping and building the reputation of one of the world's leading retail franchise operators. Internal and external communications roles are both on the agenda, and successful candidates will be part of a strategic team that understands what content and channels will build stakeholder and customer awareness, both about Alshaya and our brands.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the marketing strategy across all digital platforms (web, social and mobile) for a defined group of brands; supporting the achievement of their business goals.

Specific responsibilities include:

* Managing the digital marketing work streams from conception to execution, results delivery and reporting. Delivering best in class customer engagement and a healthy return on investment
* Leveraging strong management skills to regulate content production, research, analysis as well as delivering an outstanding on line customer experience.
* Translating marketing plans into online activities and build engagement with consumers both existing and potential.
* Feeding back campaign effectiveness to the Digital Marketing Director to help build continuous improvement.
* Responsiblity for delivering the online KPI's for building brand loyalty and awareness, as well as delivering commercial sales benefits to the in-store tills, e-commerce sites.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Expert understanding of all digital platforms and their best practice utilisation with 3-5 years' industry experience managing digital campaigns across social media channels.
* Passionate about leveraging technology and digital media to drive customer engagement.
* Experience managing international brands with demonstrated ability to deliver results across multiple brands and stakeholders.
* Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
* Strong project management, budget management and organisational skills.
* Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary.
* Good technical understanding - an individual who can pick up new tools and concepts quickly.
