My client is a leading Automotive organization seeking an experienced Digital Manager to help lead their marketing initiatives by managing their online presence, developing and executing strategic marketing automation programs, and optimizing their marketing technology infrastructure.

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the infrastructure that supports all of marketing, including tools and technology, process, measurement, and governance. This position plays a critical role in supporting their marketing programs. You will refine and advance their strategy for measuring the impact we have on the company and their industry including developing KPIs and the dashboards and processes required to track their progress and improve the effectiveness of our global, regional and field-level efforts. The successful Marketing Manager will be an expert in interactive marketing and campaign automation, collaborating with the product marketing manager to create, launch, manage and optimize digital and social campaigns, including the development or updating of any new lead generation assets such as web pages, landing pages, social assets, and forms. The Digital Marketing Manager will be managing a team of three people.

- Website & CMS Management: Oversee the selection, creation and management of the website and CMS platform. Establish processes to approve content and keep site fresh.
- Digital Campaign Management: Create and execute digital and social strategies, measure their impact and effectiveness, and be a thought leader and champion for digital media and marketing. Build, manage, test and optimize online marketing campaigns that drive demand for Mercator.
- Marketing Systems Infrastructure: Responsible for the successful implementation, management and day-to-day operation of marketing technology and automation systems.
- Measurement and Reporting: Develop and manage reporting processes and marketing dashboards, including measurement of demand generation and online analytics. Responsible for consistency of metrics and overall data quality, including analysis of metrics and reporting against objectives and trends.
- Sales Funnel Data Management and Quality: Responsible for the management of lead contact database list, data integrity and data synchronization between the marketing automation and CRM systems. Work closely with marketing and acquisition team in procuring and importing data, and ensuring data are properly segmented for targeting purposes.
- Process Design and Documentation: Develop user training for technical and non-technical users, and provide best practices to content creators to maximize program effectiveness. Document existing processes and implement improvements to enhance marketing productivity. Recommend new systems to enhance marketing productivity.

Requirements

- Degree in Marketing/ Equivalent
- Automotive experience
- Arabic language preferable
- 3 years experience in managing a digital team
