Job description / Role

- Create and execute the social media strategy to rapidly increase the followership of the Client's social communities in Middle East., ensure the quality of social media page and engagement with the fans.
- Set up and manage day-to-day reactive and proactive communications on all key social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, G+ YouTube, LinkedIn, etc and offer a weekly report.
- Establish social media marketing channels; trace the effects of marketing and collect feedback regularly.
- Learn trends of social media marketing; analyse the social media marketing strategies of competitors; perform data analysis, data mining, and strategy optimizations.
- Find channel for media distribution and enhance team ability to process to public sentiment. Strong capability to bring organic fans by using social media tools.
- Capability of managing social media agencies.
- Be able to organize frequent online/offline activities.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of relevant work experience at managing social channels in MENA. Passion of playing smart phones is a MUST.
- Comprehensive Internet knowledge, an active mind, possesses a passion for work, and very good understanding of ad service on social media. Ability to work under high pressure.
- Deep understanding of Web 2.0 media, including BBS, blogs, twitter and video sharing.
- Excellent copy writing skills and a keen visual sense. An eye to details, a quick wit, and an ability to work within tight deadlines.
