Overview
This quickly expanding e-commerce company, specializing in online shoes & accessories, is looking for a Digital Marketing Director to develop and lead a marketing team to continue their online success.

The Role
The Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to the VP of Marketing and the Managing Director. They will also build and lead a team of 6 direct reports. With their team they will be managing marketing campaigns across all online channels, including SEM, SEO, display ads, social media and affiliate marketing. They will liaise and build relationships with external marketing agencies, affiliate networks, and other potential partners. They will development marketing materials, brand image and messages. The Digital Marketing will also look after the marketing budget in order to drive sales and ROI.

Requirements

The Person
• 3-6 years of Digital Marketing Experience, minimum 2 years in the Middle East
• Experience working with local portals and networks, Google Adwords, Facebook ads, and social media
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and self-manage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Fluent in English, Arabic would be an advantage
