One of the Middle East’s most established retail groups is currently looking for someone to manage their media buying across all digital platforms (web, mobile, search and social), based in their Kuwait Headquarters. The ideal candidate needs to have extensive experience across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Interacts on behalf of companies brands with networks / vendors to negotiate the best placement, highest value-add, and optimal use of budgeted funds.
• Provides expert analysis and media plans to improve clients’ businesses.
• Evaluates the brands’ needs and prepares media plan options, analysis and recommendations based on the strategic direction provided.
• Implement, plan and maintain budget control throughout entire process.
• Insure all signed client authorizations and paperwork is in place for implementation.
• Works closely with the divisional Digital Marketing Directors and their brand teams to identify target audiences and how best to reach them.
• Provides stakeholders with post-campaign reports.
• Uses multi-tasking skills to simultaneously conduct campaigns for multiple brands on multiple platforms including, but not limited to, websites, mobile sites, search and social media.
• Buys advertising using all known pricing models (CPC, CPM, CPA, etc).
• Employs professional tools to ensure ongoing campaigns have built-in optimization to deliver best in class effectiveness.
• Uses the latest retargeting techniques available to increase conversions over time.
• Works directly with Google and other search engines (YouTube, Bing, etc) on paid search campaigns.
• Ensures that paid search provides support for specific product launches and also works well with long-term brand building campaigns.
• Has experience working with Google, Facebook and Middle Eastern ad networks.
• Uses his / her industry contacts to spot new opportunities from established companies and upcoming ad networks.
• Regularly supplies company stakeholders with reports on reach, usage and audience profiles for all digital platforms.

Requirements

The successful candidates will have:
• Expert understanding of all digital platforms and their best practice utilization for media-driven campaigns.
• Expert price negotiator.
• 2-3 years’ experience managing ad campaigns in an ad agency.
• Experience in managing international media buying for well-known brands.
• Budget & planning management.
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary.
• Good technical understanding – an individual who can pick up new tools and concepts quickly.
