CORE PURPOSE

Together with the General Manager, review incoming briefs and schedule with the development/creative team to ensure highest quality and lowest cost of production in order to maximise the volume and quality of work produced by the department.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain mid-level client relationships.
2. Stay up to date on industry trends, tools and technologies.
3. Planning and quality review of Digital concepts to meet the brief.
4. Follow best practice for delivery of Digital campaigns and projects as appropriate.
5. Liaise with relevant functional heads for more technically challenging projects.
6. Assess the quality of Digital work produced by the digital team - ensure it meets the brief supplied.
7. Maintain and operate quality control systems across campaign digital executions. Enforce these systems.
8. Liaison with Designers and Programmers to evaluate work, and ensure best practice commercial delivery to meet the brief.
9. Use of OASIS ensure that the OASIS online project / marketing management portal is used consistently in accordance with our guidelines.
10. Charging/Invoicing maintain appropriate cost records and track changes in project cost to facilitate invoicing.

- Ability to assess briefs and evaluate responses proposed to ensure best client solutions.
- Good attention to detail, and a good problem solver.
- Ability to manage multiple projects to deliver on time, on budget and to required standards.
- Able to build relationships at all levels. Strong people management skills.
- Understanding and mastery of relevant technology together with understanding of developing technologies and tools.
- Ability to assess and review working practice to identify improvements on an ongoing basis.
