Our client is a dedicated Digital agency based across the Middle East.

The role of Project Manager is multifaceted; it requires someone with experience across a variety of disciplines and an ability to manage numerous client relationships. While a wider understanding of marketing and advertising is important for this role, those who apply must be able to show a clear understanding of the breadth of digital marketing. Reporting to an Account Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a clients relationship.

Your role will be to scope, implement and manage end-to-end large-scale projects, draw up project plans and timelines. Ensuring the integrated elements come together on time and meet stakeholder expectations for data integrity and product quality. These projects will span across the various digital channels web applications, native mobile applications, social media, and tactical website implementations.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the delivery of projects, ensuring they are executed to plan and timelines
Be the touch point for the local client and off-shore production teams on all projects
Fully understand clients business goals and maintain current industry knowledge
Monitor competitive environment
Actively monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and pro-actively identify solutions to address them in advance
Consistently identify needs that others may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs
Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to team members and senior management on a regular basis; escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate channels
Provide content supervision and quality assurance
Serve as the primary point of contact with the client, managing their expectations with regard to timelines and deliveries
Keep the team abreast of developments and or changes.
Ability to provide guidance and direction to the team, in the form of a brief as well as any additional guidance once projects are under way
Ability to envision and record the scope of a project scopes, requirements in terms of resources and associated cost proposals
Working with the team to ensure that all projects are executed to plan by managing the entire briefing process, agency resources, as well as relationships with the various production groups involved.
Must have previous exposure to driving response in the aspects of the customer life-cycle management including acquisition, retention, loyalty, growth, conversion, up sell, attrition and win-back.
Must fully understand the clients business and maintain current industry knowledge.
Must take an active role in building the clients business, generating new strategies and anticipating needs.
Must make it a priority to Identify opportunities and new revenue streams within current engagements with clients.
Ensure that account team produces all client work with the highest level of quality, ensuring that all deliverables (including creative) is on strategy.
Assist with ongoing tracking of fiscal budgets and internal budgets.
Ensure accuracy of all status and billing reports produced on behalf of your clients.

Requirements

Required Skills
You must be passionate about the web
5 or more years of experience in a project management role within an interactive arm of an advertising agency, standalone digital shop or both in a project management role within an interactive arm of an advertising agency, standalone digital shop or both
Demonstrated skills and experience working across digital channels
Strong technical understanding of the internet and mobile platforms with CMS experience is a plus
Demonstrated ability in project management using Microsoft Project or other tools
Project management professional training such as PMI or Prince2 is desirable
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and focus on task completion is critical
Strong technical background
You should be able to provide business solutions pro-actively and work well under pressure
You should be an influencer and have strong presentation and communication skills
Strategic thinker
Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail
Strong relationship builder
Literate in Arabic and English is a must
