One of the Middle Easts most established retail groups is currently looking for someone to manage their Digital Training & Compliance. This role is responsible for the management of approval processes for all digital brand presence across websites, mobiles sites, search and social while setting quality assurance standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:
This role will ensure that all brand content (text, video and photos) are aligned with company policies before going live. Continuously monitors companies brand channels and, when necessary, steers stakeholders on how to improve their content.
Ensures that all the digital sites comply with the digital strategy, operating policy and general code of practice for Groups Retail Companies.
Takes full ownership of the user experience on groups brand websites and ensures that we always deliver a best in class customer experience.
Acts as the main contact for the brand teams' content approvals.
Proactively works with the brand teams to educate/support them on existing company policies, quality assurance and best practices.
Ensures that local sensitivities are always considered and physical guidelines are reflected digitally where appropriate.
Creates policies and procedures specific to organisation in order to increase efficiency and achieve operational objectives.

Requirements

The successful candidates will have:
You will be a true master of English and Arabic languages with expert level knowledge of regional vocabulary and phrases.
2 years of industry experience managing (and approving) content for digital communications. Ideally in the retail sector.
Experience with content management systems.
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Passionate about leveraging technology and digital media to drive customer engagement.
Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary.
Good technical understanding an individual who can pick up new tools and concepts quickly.
