Integrating brand offers and customer incentives into a loyalty scheme to drive sales and build customer retention is a primary goal. The Role

The Digital Training & Compliance Manager is responsible for the management of approval process for all digital brand presence across websites, mobile sites, search and social media adhering to best practice and quality standards. You will ensures that all content (text, video and photos) is aligned with company policies before going live. You will also continuously monitor Alshaya's brand channels and, when necessary, steer stakeholders to improve their content. Ensures that all the digital sites comply with the digital strategy, operating policy and general code of practice for Alshaya Retail Companies.

Key Accountabilities

* Takes full ownership of the user experience on Alshaya's brand websites and ensures that we always deliver a best in class customer experience
* Acts as the main contact for the brand teams' content approvals
* Proactively work with the brand teams to educate/support them on existing company policies, quality assurance and best practices
* Ensure that local sensitivities are always considered and physical guidelines are reflected digitally where appropriate
* Creates policies and procedures specific to Alshaya in order to increase efficiency and achieve operational objectives

Skills and Experience

You will be a true master of English and Arabic languages with expert level knowledge of regional vocabulary and phrases - you will also possess the following:

* 2 years' industry experience managing (and approving) content for digital communications. Ideally in the retail sector.
* Experience with content management systems
* Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Passionate about leveraging technology and digital media to drive customer engagement
* Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary
* Good technical understanding - an individual who can pick up new tools and concepts quickly.

Requirements
