Job description / Role
Our client is a financial holding company who provides services in investment, family practices and assets management. They are currently looking to recruit a Direct Investment Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify potential targets and negotiate deals
- Do full analysis and valuation on different investment opportunities
- Work with the legal and financial advisors to complete the deal
- Write investment memos and recommendations
- Produce periodic reports on the existing holdings
- Help the Director of Investment working with the managements of investment to develop better strategies and improve performance
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business; MBA is preferred
- 7 years of relevant working experience
- 3 years of working experience in this region
- CFA is an advantage
- Arabic language is an advantage
