Direct Sales Agent - SME Division

Job description / Role

Achieve assigned sales targets in order to contribute to the sales volumes/ revenues.
Follow best practices, adhere to banks policy and credit guidelines.
Have a pulse on the market and timely update the up line on any moves by competition.
Give close estimate to current month expected sales.
Understand the basic aspects of the market/industry and be able to apply this understanding while performing the day-to-day activities.
Apply basic concepts and techniques while selling products targeted at predetermined needs of the customers.
Present features and benefits, negotiate and close deal that mutually satisfying.
Suggest improvements to the document flow cycle.
Request special offers for certain big potential customers.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:
a) Promote and sell bank Business banking liability products target based.
b) Take care of walk in customer requirements.
c) Develop and grow the business in the area of the branch where he /she is assigned.
d) Grow transaction banking revenue from payment & remittances business and trade.
e) Execute sales strategies and tactics and Achieve monthly targets.

Education:
University degree / Higher Diploma ( Nationals ) or equivalent Qualification.

Experience:
Proven sales track record/excellent achievement.
