Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an international organisation who have a global presence. Due to expansion plans our client is looking to hire a dedicated and focused Direct Sales Manager who will be instrumental in the continued success of the company in Qatar.
Reporting to the Country Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing business and generating new sales and revenue. You will meet with key players in the retail industry ensuring your personal, your teams and the companys goals and targets are achieved in both sales and in revenue.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of four years experience operating in a similar retail environment with leadership of sales force being the key success. You should have a proven track record in Direct Sales Management with solid leadership and management skills. The ability to influence and negotiate with Senior Managers is critical to the success of this role and furthermore it is essential you are a target orientated and sales driven individual as well as a team player.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required as is a Qatar driving license and vehicle as the role will require the successful candidate to manage a sales team in multiple retail outlets across Qatar. Our client has stated a preference for an Arabic speaker and it is essential you are already located in Qatar with a transferable Visa / NOC.
