Direct Sales Trainer - Arabic Speaker

Job description / Role

- Develop, plan, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive new hire sales, product, process training.
- Develop, plan, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive ongoing training to all sales staff
Assessment of training needs and solution development.
- Recognize learning opportunities and develop/deliver training to affect performance.
- Active participation in regular sales meetings.

Requirements

- Fluent Arabic
- Excellent presentation skills
- Development of clear and concise training material
- Minimum 3 years sales experience
- Highly motivated
- Ability to act on own initiative
- Able to travel across the country/region
