Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As a Director - Business Segment Marketing, you will be accountable for the delivery of our vision to become the market leader in the Business Segment by creating compelling customer propositions to identified key customer segments that drive best in class innovation and customer experience.

You will be responsible for the customer base, revenue targets and profitability of Business Segment. this will include, developing & maintaining understanding of customer segments, market and performance, and define positioning of Nawras in the market place. You will be expected to lead development of marketing strategy, convert it into yearly roadmaps and quarterly market activity plans and measure effectiveness to constantly improve. Developing and managing propositions for chosen consumer segments, including developing  an attractive, innovative and customer effective tariffs and pricing schemes.

Responsibilities shall also include the following:

Develop and prioritise acquisition, retention, cross- and up-selling activities based on customer insight, with the goal to increase ARPU, customer satisfaction and loyalty
Lead for go-to-market process
Commission geographic insights to support the delivery of superior customer network experience and provide analysis to prioritise network rollout
Commission communication activities

Following technological trends and make proposals for new products and services for segment management.

Requirements

You have min of 12 years of full time working experience in marketing or commercial roles, with strong regional knowledge and extensive sector experience. You have strong business customer marketing skills and communication skills.
You have a university degree, preferably MBA.
You also have excellent background in negotiating, influencing and presentation skills. You have the ability to translate technical products and services to a customer value proposition.
Commercial acumen - specifically commercial evaluation of impact of activities
