Director – Economic Research

Job description / Role

Interaction with direct reports to keep up with the development of research carried out and their quality.
Overseeing the implementation of research on topics of national economic and preparation of reports for internal and external dissemination.
Adoption studies to research and submit proposals for research studies.

Requirements

Leadership and staff management and motivation, to ensure the achievement of all goals.
Staff training on the job by clarifying labor standards and expectations clearly, and setting goals, and provide visualizations on a regular basis, and identify development needs.
Follow-up staff and supervision and guidance during the performance and management of daily operations.
Provide clear communication to senior management with them and convey their views to senior management.
Coordinate the preparation of the annual report
Proposal for the structure of the annual report and its themes.
Coordinate the preparation of other reports.
