Key Responsibilities:

Diagnostic Analysis/Application of Tools

-Understands client expectations and translates them into practical, implementable project objectives, which aim to provide integrated, total solutions.
-Consults with relevant Firm functional experts to develop innovative analytic approaches which address multifunctional client needs and diverse or complex situations.
Engagement Management (Planning and Strategy)

-Reviews and confirms engagement objectives, scope and work plan with client and team.
-Identifies engagement resource requirements (cross-functionally) and ensures that the most appropriate resources are assigned to specific project roles.
-Anticipates project issues, assesses alternatives and takes appropriate measures to resolve in a professional, tactful manner.
-Facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client
-Direct on-time, quality delivery of work products
Project Control and Profitability

-Demonstrates profitability management.
-Monitors and manages billing.
-Identifies and mitigates business risks associated with projects.
-Exercises accountability for financial performance of practice.
Client Relations & Marketing

-Create and maintain long-term partner relationships with client top management.
-Seeks opportunities to promote and participate in local and global ERS practice activities.
Business Development

-Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key Clients
-Organize and lead pursuit teams
-Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process
-Contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
Practice Development & Eminence

-Develop practical solutions and methodologies
-Participate in public speaking events
Staffing, Performance Management and Retention

-Provide input and guidance into the Staffing process
-Actively participate in Staff recruitment and retention activities
-Ensures that the ERS performance evaluation process is understood, followed and applied in a consistent and objective manner by all professionals.
-Actively mentor and coach team members to their highest potential
Professional Skills Development

-Achieve expertise in a specialization and a strong reputation as a business advisor
-Actively promotes a learning culture within practice based on continuous learning, knowledge sharing and application of best practices.

Requirements

-Experience at senior manager/director level in the audit business line of an international public accounting firm for at least 3 years
-Solid understanding of strategy, business models, sales, business processes, marketing, change management, talent management
-Experience of attracting, leading and mentoring high performing teams
-Strong track record of delivering superior client satisfaction
-Clear understanding of critical issues of risk identification and mitigation, associated with large scale solutions
Person Specification:

- A Bachelor degree with outstanding academic credentials (IT or related Field is preferred)
-A minimum of 15 years of experience working in a consulting environment and delivering services to external clients
-10+ years of relevant experience and knowledge of control assurance and security enhancing technologies (Identify Management, Pen Testing, ISO27001, Security Strategy, etc)
-10+ years' experience implementing large-scale security projects
-7+ years of experience in documentation and technical writing
-Significant experience in Proposal writing, development and management specifically for complex technical and/or IT Security programs
-Must have Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing) and working knowledge of Arabic is desired
-CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC or equivalent required.
-Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27000 standards and frameworks such as Cobit and ITIL
-In addition to technology skills, appreciation of business process and controls in business processes is desirable
-Experience developing business and building a practice
-Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities
-Proven experience executing a client service plan on complex engagements and work closely with the Partners in exceeding our client's expectations while identifying and mitigating business risks associated with projects
-Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
-Superior verbal and written communication skills, including skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
-Ability to present recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
-Experienced with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations and team leadership
-Ability to work independently, manage large engagements and provide guidance to subordinates
-Willingness to mentor Junior Staff
