Employment: Full Time

Job Description
* To be responsible for the coverage of FX and FXO Sales for Institutional clients.
* To be focused pre-dominantly on ""FXO"" products i.e. vanilla options, exotic options and TRFs with the objective of generating more FXO volumes into the group.
* To work closely with other team members.
* Increase overall Financial Markets profitability and turnover.

Strategic Responsibilities:
1. Maintain sound relationship with key customers and partners in the region.
2. Develop strategies and business plan to achieve the budget.
3. To adopt a 'sales' approach to enhance the flows and thereby increased business turnover and leveraged profitability.
4. Thorough understanding of market dynamics ie. Competition, potential target markets, business impact of regulatory changes, etc.
5. To have a thorough understanding and experience in trading, selling and developing FXO and structured FX products.
6. To work as a partner in the E-sales effort across the region for external customers.
7. To keep contact with UAE FMA.

Marketing Responsibilities:
1. Create awareness for new Financial Markets products / ideas amongst counterparts and regulators.
2. Organize and coordinate marketing plans.

Administrative Responsibilities
1. Ensure compliance with dealers' code of conduct, credit and operational standards.
2. To liaise where appropriate with TCRM, Legal and Compliance, FI and other departments for collective approach and sharing information/feedback.

Day to Day Responsibilities
1. Ensure that all FX market dealing activities are conducted within the laid down risk parameters
2. Effective Coordination with Trading Desk.
3. Ensure necessary efforts are being undertaken to meet the budgetary targets laid down for FMS
4. Closely monitor existing counterparty limits, sought for enhancement of limits when required.

MIS Responsibilities
1. Develop sound MIS platform to focus on core business and customers.
2. Track customer wise FX and FXO contribution.

Requirements

- Degree educated in related subject matter
- Proven experience in FX sales with expert knowledge of vanilla options, exotic options and TRFs
- Arabic language skills essential
