Total Package Up to AED40000 Monthly

On behalf of our client, a leading upscale & award-winning resort owner, we are looking to recruit a Director, Field Performance Support for their office in Dubai. Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible of guiding and coaching of the respective hotel GMs to establish and manage an effective on-property sales and training; brand sales standard operating procedures, price setting and policies, within each hotel/resort, so as to ensure that they are aligned with the efforts of Group Marketing Services and compete effectively within their respective competitor set. Your responsibilities include:

Job Description:
- Principal driver of key high level and strategic marketing initiatives for the positioning of new hotels
- Recruit sales and marketing leaders and form the pre-opening sales force
- Support property General Managers in developing POD, and 6Ps
- Coordinate annual Sales & Marketing Planning exercise with VP, Sales and Marketing
- Coordinate annual room revenue budgeting WITH Group Control Services leaders and Group Marketing Services leaders
- Directing the coordination of ongoing research of the travel industry local, regional, and international markets to detect market trends and uncertainties, and related information for development of new marketing strategies

Requirements

The successful candidate should possess a Diploma or University degree, have wide experience in hotel sales and marketing and/or hospitality industry. You are a mid or senior level management professional with advanced level of analytical skills and the ability to articulate the business and plans.

You have good track record on managing the sales & marketing of luxury hotel/resort chain. You have high proficiency on MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). You are able to adapt to changes and travel extensively with short notice period. You are professionally groomed and neat in appearance.
