Job Description

Covering key corporate clients of the bank in non-presence countries within the region, leverage on broad and deep understanding of the Bank's product suite and execution knowledge, to lead pitches and drive deal meetings with confidence to achieve clients' objectives

Key Roles & Responsibilities

* Independently generate new deal proposals to senior bankers on a regular basis
* Review financial models, particularly for DCF and LBO transactions
* Manage preparation and presentation of information memoranda, pitch books, term sheets, presentations, prospectuses, fairness opinions (including valuation) and other forms of reports
* Train and coach associates and analysts vis--vis their deliverables whilst managing work allocation between the junior team
* Position would require frequent travelling hence candidates should be able to manage visits to Kuwait, Egypt and Lebanon.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

* Should have thorough understanding of and be able to successfully demonstrate focus on client service needs, thereby displaying confidence and credibility to execute transactions and achieve client objectives.
* Should have natural flair and skills to build client relationships.
* Arabic speaker is a preference
