Director – International Operations (Utilities)

Job description / Role

As one of the leading independent operations and maintenance services provider in the Utilities sector, the company is dedicated to manage safe and efficient power and desalination plants operations in order to deliver exceptional performance and outstanding results to its stakeholders. Building upon their enviable record of accomplishment in the region, the organization has expanded rapidly internationally, and has significant additional projects coming online in the next 18 months.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operations officer, this rewarding yet challenging role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to apply his strategic and technical expertise to oversee multiple international operations across the globe to succeed and grow with the organisation. Being a strategic and visionary leader you will serve as a key member of the senior management team driving the company’s international operations. Collaborate with the board of directors to define and articulate international operation’s vision and operational scope. Direct, administer, and coordinate the operational activities of the organization’s international units in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives.

Requirements

Profile:
The successful candidate should have:
Minimum of 10 years experience in O&M utility industry
Experience in managing multiple units simultaneously and drive to grow a business
Bachelors Degree
Strategic leader with a record of planning and execution
Record of excellent team management
