Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The HR Director is responsible for delivering in the following areas. to timescale and budget:

* HR Administration;
* Employee Relations;
* Recruitment;
* Talent Administration;
* Legal & Compliance;
* Health , hygiene & safety;
* Compensation & benefits;
* Talent development & management.

Requirements

* Minimum 7 years experience in hospitality, luxury or a multi-national company;
* Educated to bachelor degree level;
* Leadership skills and experience;
* Planning and organisational skills;
* Excellent communication ability, both written & verbal (Arabic is an advantage);
* Budgeting and finance experience and ability;
* Full knowledge and familiarity with local employment laws.

The ideal candidate must have experience of working within the luxury hotel & hospitality sector in an HR role.
