Director Private & Institutional Client Investment

Job description / Role

Our client is a leading Joint Stock company in Saudi they offer wide ranging investment services for individuals and corporate. In 2014 their capital was over SAR 800,000 million. They are currently looking for a Director Private & Institutional Client Investment

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure adherence to company's procedures, work ethics, regulatory's guidelines and country regulations (SAMA and CMA).
- Protect company's products, brand, image and reputation.
- Undertake to strictly abide by the rules and regulations set out in the Code of Conduct of the company.
- Develop and agree with the management and concerned staff the Segment Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Periodic monitoring, review and reporting of actual performance against AOP.
- Document all client contacts using call reports.
- Manage team members to achieve department objectives.
- Periodic contact with key clients to maintain a strong relationship and ensure that all clients are satisfied with the products and services provided.
- Effective response to clients requests and complaints.
- Active Cross Selling of The Company Investment products.
- Coach and mentor team members to develop their capabilities.
- Ensure proper awareness of changing market condition.
- Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business.
- Maintain company internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any relevant points raised by external regulators.
- Be aware of operational risks issues associated with your job and act in an appropriate manner.

Requirements

- Banking experience required
- 10 to 15 years of experience in the similar field
- Relevant degree and qualifications
- Excellent communications skills in both Arabic and English, written and spoken
- Good Analytical skills
- Good management skills
