The RoleThe RoleBased in Dubai, our client is the world's fastest growing international financial centre, who's remit is to create a regional capital market, offering investors and issuers of capital world-class regulations and standards. As a new global jurisdiction for financial institutions, our client offers its participants a highly attractive investment environment, The institution focuses on several sectors of financial activity: Banking Services; Capital Markets; Asset Management and Fund Registration; Insurance and Re-insurance; Islamic Finance & Professional Service Providers. Key Responsibilities: Plans, oversees and manages the management of both hard and soft service of project management, consultancy and construction and facilities management; provided by a range of outside contractors and vendors, to include all required multiple-craft custodial and services. Plans, oversees and manages activities of contractors, vendor, and suppliers; monitors contracts for compliance; manages and controls scope, schedules and costs; performs quality assurance and control to ensure adherence to contract specifications and industry standards. Plans, manages, and serves as liaison between the Company and Service Providers to maintain the Company's interests and capacities towards its planned development. Sets technical and operational guidelines for the Company's Assets Development Group as extracted from approved projects specifications, to meet international standards. Plans and manages risk-response actions as appropriate and plans and manages risk-preventive actions in coordination with all concerned entities. Plans and manages execution of early-interference plans to adopt built environment capacities to meet the foreseen operations requirements. Coordinates with Business Development Department in setting its property objectives and technical requirements as appropriate to assure projects success Coordinates with other Departments within the Company for appropriate and timely installation of their planned projects activities. Plans and assures compliance with the company's quality policy and audit framework; performing quality control inspections to ensure adherence to contract specifications and industry standards. |
RequirementsRequirements Graduate in property related major (Architecture or Engineering) Post-graduate qualification or training in management (preferably MBA, TQM, etc) Advanced qualification or training in project management (preferably PMP, PSP, APMP, etc) 5 years as minimum in senior management position 15 years as minimum field practice (preferably in project management service) 5 years practice in Computer Aided Design software 5 years practice in basic windows package Strong personal competences for communications and presentation |
