The RoleThe RoleManage the sales planning and management functions of Enterprise Sales. Identifies and allocate sales targets for industry segments and sales force. Develop and manage a comprehensive sales performance & reporting model for Enterprise sales. Bears the overall the responsibility of Enterprise sales processes automation and efficiency enhancement. Identifies and monitors key performance indicators for industry segments and sales force. Prepares and directs Enterprise sales financial planning and budgeting. Manage the trainings and staff development within Enterprise Sales. Support Senior Management in planning, monitoring, coordination, communication, and Provides internal consulting within Enterprise sales. Support Senior Management in developing ES sales strategy and operating plans. |
RequirementsRequirementsFormal Education Required : Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting Preferred Education : Sales training, marketing training. Years & Field of Experience required: 6-8 years of experience in Management Accounting/ Planning/ Controlling |
