Director - Business Sales (GCC Nationals)

The role is of strategic importance for Nawras as it grows it's Business Customer base. This role will be instrumental in driving and delivering the strategic growth through the leadership of the Business Sales organisation.
Develop and improve Nawras position in the business market by ensuring that Nawras meets the needs of the targeted customer segments, through a high-quality products & services portfolio and attractive offers, as well as an excellent sales and after sales support

The B2B Sales Director will be a experienced B2B specialist who is able to lead the:
* The overhaul and structured development of all our channels to reach business customers across all segments from National Corporates, Government, SMEs and SOHOs
* The structured development, enablement, management, development and leadership of the sales teams
* Drive and deliver the strategic growth from the Business sector
* Building a strong network of relationships between Nawras and the business and Government sectors

You will be responsible for the Nawras's Business Sales Targets, including definingclear and consistent strategies, financial targets and standards of performance for all Business Sales channels (including direct sales team and indirect Channels) and conducting the performance management of the channels.

Responsibilities shall also include the following:
* Define the channel capacity and sizing required to deliver Nawra's B2B ambitions and develop channels accordingly. Recruit, accredit, onboard, train and manage directly and through partner organisations
* Ensure continued high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
* Lead, manage and coach the Business Segment teams
* Ensure that Sales, and Support have excellent knowledge about the complete product portfolio and the different offers and market activities
* Ensure full understanding and knowledge of competitors offers and solutions for the business segments

Requirements

You have a A degree in sales and marketing or a business qualification to degree level. You have minimum of 12 years' relevant commercial experience - predominantly in a telecom environment - is required out of which 6-8 years in a sales management role.

Thorough knowledge of telecoms technology, network and product development.
Excellent working and sales exposure in a competitive environment.
Up to date on the emerging trends in mobile telephony. Hand held devices, wireless, telephony andnew products and services
