The RoleThe RoleKEO International Consultants is a highly ranked and award winning planning, architecture, engineering and project and construction management Firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, Dubai, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. This is an opportunity to join us and take up the role of Design Review Director and work with some of the top designers in the world. You will be the first point of contact for the business development, management, coordination and communication across our design review service for landmark mega projects in the region. The principle activities of this role are: • Reviewing design documents in all phases for design intent use of materials and master plan objectives. • Coordinating with consultants, contractors and regulatory agencies with regards to any design changes. • Attendance at on-site workshops, observations, reviews and compliance checks on the reviewed design work. • Production of detailed Design Review Reports. • Analysing building and zoning codes and applying to reviewed designs. • Managing team members to meet the project goals and providing guidance to designers, drafters, and architects. This role requires a dynamic individual who will coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, working across multiple projects and n multiple locations. You will have very strong people management skills, having designed and implemented management processes. Strong time management and organizational skills are a must. Experience in high-rise, large residential, hotels and mixed use projects will be highly regarded. |
RequirementsRequirementsQualification: Degree in Architecture. Membership of a professional Architectural Association such as RIBA and AIA is preferred.
