The Role


The Role

Our client is a management company specialising in the hospitality industry with a portfolio of hotels across the Middle East and North Africa markets. They urgently require a Director of Engineering to work in Morocco on three five star hotels, reporting to the Technical Services in Dubai.

The main responsibility of the Director of Engineering is to maintain and repair the hotel property and its surroundings. This includes preparing and implementing a preventive and planned maintenance programme for all MEP issues as well as the security, cleaning and landscaping.

Requirements

To be considered for the role candidates should have a proven track record in the hospitality industry, working with leading international hotel chains as Chief Engineer or Director of Engineering. As a qualified Mechanical Engineer you should have a thorough knowledge of MEP systems and HVAC plant operation as well as health and safety issues.Only bilingual candidates who have the ability to speak French and English will be considered for this role.
