Our Clients are an international engineering consultant providing design, project management and construction supervision services in the Middle East.

Employing more than 10,000 staff globally, revenues over 1 Billion USD generated from over 200 offices, they have been involved in some of the most innovative and prestigious projects in the Middle East. With a matrix disciplinary and multi office approach to complex and innovative project, very few companies compete with this award winning engineering consultancy.

The aim is to recruit a leader and manager for their environmental engineering services; EIA, environmental permitting, environmental master planning and waste management in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Qatar; for municipalities, private enterprises, power companies, ports, utilities clients. Full P&L responsibility for the engineering consultants, working closely with colleagues in Europe to deliver Middle East targets.

The environmental group are established with aspirations to be the market leader in the region.

Requirements

Growth-oriented director to lead the Environment market with a gravitas to manage projects, client relationships

Minimum 15-20 years of experience with in depth experience in management of employees in a knowledge business, either as a team manager or head of department.

Thorough knowledge and experience of the environmental assessment market

Good commercial understanding, preferably from a consultancy perspective

Ideally you should have at least 5 years of experience in the Middle East.

Regional management strategy, delivering the business plan, operational performance and driving

Package circa 80,000 AED + usual benefits associated with a director level post
