Job description / Role

Director of Finance and Accounting - Airline / Cargo - KSA

To develop and manage the company's Finance, Control and Administration function, Business Planning, Budgeting and Risk Management Operations including the development of a financial and operational strategy in accordance with overall Finance guidelines, legal framework and accounting standards.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CEO on all operational and strategic issues as they arise
- Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with company strategic plan.
- Oversee all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain internal control and safeguards for receipt of Cargo revenue, costs and program budgets.

Requirements

- Minimum of 16 years overall work experience with 5 years + in Airline / Aviation Finance
- Airline Cargo experience
- Relevant University Degree or Professional Accounting Qualification
- Relevant experience in managing finance and control functions (accounting, budgeting, control, reporting)
- English is mandatory
