Job description / Role
International Credit and Collections
International Invoicing
Dubai GAAP and Statutory Reporting
Sign-off and consolidation over III & ITW financial reporting
Physical audits over ITW and Hub inventories
Distribution Channel audits and revenue recognition
III Structure compliance monitoring and reporting
International SOX point person
International Financial Systems including ERP upgrade
International Delegation of Authority as required
Standardization of intl operating and financial policies & procedures
Perform other duties & tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Minimum of 15 years of progressive related experience
Excellent English Speaking Skills
Proven success as a MNC regional controller – emphasis on APAC
Experience with APAC business practices and cultures
US GAAP and local statutory reporting
High Tech including Semiconductors
CPA, Chartered Accountant or equivalent
SOX Internal Controls and Business Process oriented
Strategic but hands-on and system savvy
Fluent English, Mandarin Speaking Skills are greatly preferred
