The RoleThe RolePulse International is looking for a Director of Clinical Nursing for the Department of Nursing Administration of a 1,025 bedded, state-of-the-art, tertiary care hospital in Riyadh. The hospital is one of four, which together make up one of the most established and well-respected hospital groups in the Middle East. The successful candidate will take a leading role in the coordination of the activities of the Department of Nursing Administration. Maintaining a high visibility in clinical areas the post holder will ensure that all nursing staff practice within established policies and procedures and comply with hospital infection control and safety protocols. He / she will facilitate the development, implementation and evaluation of education and quality programmes. |
RequirementsRequirementsWe are looking for a Western-trained, Registered Nurse with at least eight years post-registration experience, five of which should have been in progressive administration posts and with two years experience in a comparable post. A Master’s degree in Nursing Administration is required. The salary is tax-free and the benefits include comfortably furnished, air-conditioned accommodation, free transport to and from work, airfares and mid-year ticket home.
