Experience in all aspects of building/managing a marketing team. This team should grow in both scope and revenues under the VPs leadership.
High energy individual with a roll up your sleeves attitude, entrepreneurial spirit combined with a disciplined, analytical approach based on facts and data.

The VP will possess a strong track record of developing innovative and cost effective marketing campaigns in an entrepreneurial and fast moving environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Development & Leadership
- Recruit and manage a small team to support the development and execution of the marketing strategy
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality
- Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach on a consistent basis
- Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, conduct annual performance appraisals, and administer salary adjustments
- Establish strong marketing relationships internally and externally
- Foster strong relationships with all internal stakeholders to drive a culture of mutual accountability and motivation
- Collaborate with RSC business partners to develop fresh approaches to ensure quality execution for existing programs
- Challenges and inspires team members to achieve business results
- Conducts and ensures the completion of performance reviews
- Ensures partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements
- Oversees training and development of partners directly and indirectly managed
- Makes effective staffing decisions
- Provides coaching, direction and leadership support to team members in order to achieve partners, business and customer results

- Director, International Franchise Operations
- Franchise Support Specialist International

You are responsible for managing their work responsibilities, giving them clear direction, providing personal and professional development opportunities, and evaluating their performance annually. You will also be responsible for providing input on how best to structure the international department as it develops with the growth of the business.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Bachelors Degree in Business preferred. Five years related restaurant management experience and 1-2 years managing multiple locations required.
