Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key Responsibility 1: To ensure that you and your colleagues on your school's leadership team achieve the target growth and retention numbers in line with the annual budget

Key Responsibility 2: To ensure that your school's key touch-points for parents, from awareness to signing and beyond, are based on parental needs and your school's defined promises are properly designed, implemented and monitored and that each is evaluated for its effectiveness.

Key Responsibility 3: To ensure that you maintain an up-to-date evidence base of the needs and concerns of our internal and external stakeholders in relation to the growth and retention of students and that this is evidence is communicated to the Group as and when required.

Key Responsibility 4: To ensure that you develop, execute and regularly monitor a marketing, retention and admissions plan for your school that directs each phase of the internal and external marketing processes and that this plan is built on the school's story and promises that are underpinned by evidence.

Key Responsibility 5: To ensure that the admissions and marketing budget of the school is properly developed, used effectively and adhered to.

Key Responsibility 6: To ensure that your school has an outreach programme that widens the school's network and positive relationships and reputation in and with the community

Key Responsibility 7: To ensure that every member of staff in school is aware of their role in attracting, converting and retaining students and is actively and appropriately engaged in all three activities.

Requirements

Key Performance Indicators:

Annual KPIs will be developed in conjunction with your school and central colleagues around the following areas:

Year on year growth in student numbers
Year on year improvements in starter conversions rates
Year on year decrease in switchers
Year on year improvements in parent satisfaction
Year on year growth in enquiries, particularly word of mouth enquiries
The quality of the data available for analysis by your school and the Group.
