Director of Masterplanning

Job description / Role

International design consultant are Interested in speaking to Associate level Masterplanners with 10 years projects experience.

Suitable candidates will have previous leadership ability, knowledge of UAE Planning systems and proven projects experience in the UAE.

Must have a background working for top international design consultancies.

Requirements

- 10 Years experience
- Previous UAE Planning systems experience
- Background working for international consultancies
- Western Educated (Masterplanning and Urban Design)
- Excellent communication skills
- Team Player
- Excellent Knowledge of Master planning in the Gulf
- Experience in preparing bids and negotiation
- Proven track-record of leadership role with major developments and leading clients
