Job Requirement
DIRECTOR OF NURSING
OR Suites & Endoscopy Units
We would like to hear from experienced Nursing Directors and Senior Nursing Professionals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Nursing Care in the Operating Theatre - who would like the opportunity to work in our very supportive and progressive modern department.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Nursing, or
Bachelor Degree in Nursing + post graduate Diploma in Operating Theatre Nursing, or
Bachelor Degree in Nursing + Master Degree in Clinical Nursing/ Nursing Management
Experience Requirements:
strong proven track record in Theatre Nursing/ scrub nursing combined with the experience to manage a large team of OR Nurses for at least 3-5 years in a JCI accredited hospital. Experience in the Middle East is preferable but not essential.

Competetive Salary: tax free, paid monthly
Annual Leave: 40 calendar days paid annual leave pro rata per annum. Details of other types of leave entitlements (such as sick leave) are subject to the Labor Law of the State of Qatar.
Education Support: subsidized education for up to 3 children at the age of 5 years to 18 years.
Housing/Accommodation: suitable accommodation will be provided based on your family status and number of children. You have the option to avail a housing cash allowance instead of the accommodation.
Medical Coverage: will be provided either for yourself or for you and your dependents within Hamad Medical Corporations facilities.
Annual Airfare: a return economy class airfare will be provided for either yourself or for you and your dependents (spouse and up to 3 children) to home country on an annual basis.
Annual Service Award: this position is entitled to receive an annual service award.
Relocation Support: depending on your marital status, relocation support will be provided for yourself or you and your dependents and will include economy airfare from point of hire to Doha, access baggage allowance, visa and residency permit support, temporary accommodation until you reveived your residency permit.
