- Our Nursing Directors are responsible for organizing, monitoring, and maintaining Nursing Services provided in order to achieve the highest possible level of patient care with optimum utilization of the available resources.
- You will be responsible for the administrative and clinical aspects of the clinical department, organizing, developing, directing, and assuring the delivery of cost effective, quality patient care.
- You will ensure that patient care on the unit is performed in accordance with established corporate and hospital policies and procedures and International Standards.

Requirements

We would like to hear from experienced Nursing Directors and Senior Nursing Professionals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Preoperative Nursing Care - who would like the opportunity to work in our very supportive and progressive modern department.

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or Bachelor Degree in Nursing + post graduate Diploma in Operating Theatre Nursing, or Bachelor Degree in Nursing + Master Degree in Clinical Nursing/Nursing Management
- Strong proven track record in Theatre Nursing/ postoperative nursing combined with the experience to manage a large team of Nurses for at least 3 5 years in a JCI accredited hospital. Experience in the Middle East is preferable but not essential.


Job Specifications:
- Grade: 113
- Hours of Work: 3 year contract (extendable), Full Time, 40 hours per week
- Shift Patterns: Not included for this position. Sunday to Thursday, 7am to 3pm.
- Annual Leave: 40 calendar days paid annual leave pro rata per annum. Details of other types of leave entitlement (such as sick leave) are subject to the Labor Law of the State of Qatar.
- Education Support: Subsidized for up to 3 children at the age of 5 years to 18 years.
- Housing Allowance: Family accommodation provided free of charge or housing cash allowance
