Job description / Role
This role is for UAE NATIONALS ONLY.
The purpose of this role is to provide direction to all operational aspects of a large theme park in Dubai that provides cultural entertainment and international shopping experience for its guests. This would be done through developing, executing and managing operational strategies through efficient delivery of quality guest services operations, HSE and FM ensuring excellence in all operational processes so as to achieve and maximize targeted revenue objectives aligned with the overall strategy of the company.
Requirements
- Minimum experience 5 years in a similar role e.g Facilities Manager, Operations Manager and FM Manager
- Male
- Needs to be quite flexible
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Has sound financial and business outlook
- In depth understanding of setting and enforcing all operational safety and QHSE standards in an operational environment.
